Lower-level ongoing support for individuals seeking accountability, structure, and greater consistency in everyday life while maintaining more independence between sessions.
Designed for individuals who are relatively stable and require less frequent support while still benefiting from continued accountability and connection.
Must first engage a minimum of six months in Core or Comprehensive Support before transitioning into Lite Support.
Includes:
2 sessions per month (45–60 minutes)
Personalized support and implementation planning
Accountability and organizational support
Occasional weekday text check-ins
Limited provider collaboration/check-ins if needed
Best Fit For:
Those maintaining progress after a period of more intensive support
Individuals seeking accountability and structure without weekly sessions
Ongoing maintenance support during stable periods

Consistent, collaborative support for individuals navigating recovery, executive functioning challenges, burnout, life transitions, overwhelm, family or relationship stress, or difficulties maintaining structure, consistency, and follow-through.
Designed for deeper continuity, regular accountability, and ongoing implementation support throughout the month.
Includes:
1 weekly session (45–75 minutes)
Personalized support and implementation planning
Accountability and organizational support
Weekday check-ins via text or brief calls (under 15 minutes)
Provider collaboration/check-ins at least once monthly
Family or loved one check-ins at least twice monthly
Best Fit For:
Individuals seeking consistent accountability and structure
Personal struggles with follow-through, routines, or emotional overwhelm
Recovery and wellness support during periods of transition or instability
Those seeking steady ongoing support without higher-touch communication needs
Increased communication with support team

Higher-touch support for individuals or families seeking increased continuity, communication, structure, and accountability during periods of elevated stress, instability, major transition, or increased support needs.
Allows for more involved collaboration, implementation support, family/loved one involvement and ongoing connection throughout the week.
Includes:
1–2 sessions per week (45-74 minutes)
Increased personalized support and implementation planning
Regular weekday check-ins via text
Support calls as needed (up to 2x weekly, 30 minutes or less)
Provider collaboration/check-ins 1–2x monthly
Weekly family or loved one collaboration and support
Best Fit For:
Individuals requiring increased accountability and continuity throughout the week
Those navigating significant life transitions, relapse prevention, burnout, or instability
Families or loved ones looking for more consistent communication and collaboration
Individuals seeking more involved implementation support and structure outside scheduled sessions
Availability for this level of support is intentionally limited to maintain continuity, responsiveness, individualized support, and healthy professional boundaries.

Additional services are available only to individuals currently enrolled in an ongoing support service.
Additional Client Sessions
Additional sessions may be scheduled as needed for:
Implementation support
Accountability check-ins
Planning or reset sessions
Transition support
Increased structure during stressful periods
Additional support between regularly scheduled sessions, including phone calls or added in-person or virtual sessions
Additional Family Sessions
Additional family sessions are available for:
Communication support
Boundary discussions
Support system collaboration
Relationship dynamics
Accountability within the home environment
Increasing consistency and understanding within the support system
Education, reflection, and guidance for loved ones
Family agreements or accountability contracts
Care Coordination
Clients are required to have an established therapist, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health provider while receiving services through The Rusted Rock.
A signed Release of Information for the established provider, as well as at least one trusted family member or loved one, may be required to support communication, collaboration, continuity, and safety when appropriate.
Coordination may include: Brief provider check-ins, Support collaboration, Communication regarding implementation planning, Continuity of support when appropriate
